So here's how this works...

Initial Contact

Phone Consultation

The phone consultation will be a time for us to get to know each other a little bit. It’s our opportunity to figure out if we’re a good fit for working together and for you to ask any questions you have about the therapy process.

We’ll talk about why you made the important first step to contact us, any previous experience with therapy, and what type of therapy service best suits your needs.

Make an Appointment

If it feels right, we'll go ahead and schedule an appointment during our phone consult. We'll try to find a convenient time that works with your schedule and get you started on a better path.

Complete Paperwork

Once your appointment is scheduled, we'll give you instructions for filling out the necessary paperwork online. By having this paperwork done ahead of time, we’ll have more time to get to know each other and talk about the things you’re actually there to talk about in your first counseling session.

For individual counseling, couples therapy, and marriage counseling services, new client paperwork includes:

  • Informed Consent for Services

  • Payment Agreement & Authorization for Credit Card Use

  • Intake Form

Attend Your First Session

We offer online therapy sessions, as well as in-person couples therapy, marriage counseling, and individual therapy sessions at both our South & North locations.

The first session is a time for your therapist to get to know you. We’ll talk more about what brought you to counseling in the first place and what you hope to gain. All you need to do is just show up and be yourself.
